Your Credit Union's principal purpose is to provide loans to its members for worthwhile purposes at a reasonable and competitive rate of interest. Loans are granted on the basis of your ability to repay which includes job stability, credit worthiness, collateral, and capacity. Financing amounts, interest rates, and repayment periods vary according to the type of loan and your credit score. Your Credit Union charges interest rates that are generally lower than rates charged by other financial institutions.
Convenient payroll deductions and direct deposits are available and there is never a prepayment penalty at Kingsport Press Credit Union. Regular loan payments may be made at any of our offices, by payroll deduction, by automatic transfer, by mailing with payment coupon, or by dropping your payment in the night deposit.

Members may apply for loans at any credit union office, on this
website, through our "SPEEDY" audio response system, or by mail. Once your credit has been established and you have demonstrated a good repayment history, future loan applications may be approved quickly.
Loan promotions are held frequently including special Christmas and Vacation Loans as well as Vehicle and Home Equity promotions. Attractive interest rates, payroll deduction convenience, personal service - all good reasons to check with your Credit Union today and discuss your financial needs.
